     Cialis Tadalafil 20mg ใช้เพื่อรักษาภาวะหย่อนสมรรถภาพทางเพศในผู้ชาย หรือ ED ให้สามารถคงไว้ซึ่งองคชาตที่แข็งตัวได้อย่างเหมาะสมสำหรับกิจกรรมทางเพศ ผลิตโดยบริษัทยาสัญชาติอเมริกัน “Eli Lilly and Company Limited.”  ตัวยามีลักษณะเป็นเม็ดสีเหลือง รูปร่างคล้ายเม็ดอัลมอนด์ มีพิมพ์ตัวหนังสือ “C20“ อยู่บนด้านหนึ่งของเม็ดยา โดยทั่วไปตัวยาจะใช้เวลาในการออกฤทธิ์ประมาณ 15-45 นาที ระยะเวลาของการออกฤทธิ์อาจนานได้ถึง 36 ชั่วโมงหลังรับประทานยา เนื่องจากตัวยามีค่าครึ่งชีวิตที่นานกว่าตัวยาประเภทอื่นๆ Cialis ขนาด 20mg ใช้รับประทานครั้งละ 1 เม็ด ก่อนทำกิจกรรมทางเพศ Cialis ขนาดต่ำหรือ 5mg สามารถใช้รับประทานได้ทุกวัน ใช้ในการรักษาโรคต่อมลูกหมาก และเหมาะสมกับผู้ป่วยที่ต้องการความพร้อมในทุกเวลาทั้งกลางวัน และกลางคืน

องค์ประกอบของตัวยา

 Cialis Tadalafil 20mg. 1 เม็ดประกอบด้วยตัวยาสำคัญดังนี้ tadalafil 20 mg, และส่วนผสมอื่นๆ คือ croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylcellulose, hypromellose, iron oxide yellow(C177492), lactose, magnesium stearate, cellulose – microcrystalline, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc – purified, titanium dioxide, glycerol triacetate, ยานี้ไม่มีส่วนผสมของ sucrose, gluten, tartrazine หรือส่วนผสมอื่นๆของ azo dyes.

สรรพคุณ

• ช่วยให้ท่านสามารถคงสภาพการแข็งตัวขององคชาตได้ในระหว่างร่วมเพศ
• ช่วยปรับปรุงให้สามารถแข็งตัวได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ
• ช่วยลดอาการหย่อนสมรรถภาพทางเพศ
• ช่วยลดอาการเหนื่อยในระหว่างการทำกิจกรรม
• ช่วยปรับปรุงอัตราการไหลเวียนโลหิตบริเวณองคชาตให้ดีขึ้น

คำเตือน

• อย่าใช้ CIALIS หากคุณกำลังใช้ ไนเตรต หรือ อะมิลไนไตรท์ อยู่ ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มยาที่ใช้ในการรักษา โรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจตีบ (“เจ็บหน้าอก”) หรือภาวะหัวใจอื่นๆ ควรปรึกษาแพทย์ก่อนใช้ยา
• หากคุณมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับหัวใจ หรือหลอดเลือดที่ทำให้มีเพศสัมพันธ์ไม่ได้
• หากคุณมีอาการหัวใจวายหรือโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในช่วง 6 เดือนที่ผ่านมา
• ถ้าความดันโลหิตของคุณไม่ปกติ (โรคความดันโลหิตสูง หรือความดันโลหิตต่ำ) ควรปรึกษาแพทย์ก่อนใช้ยา
• อย่าใช้ CIALIS หากคุณมีอาการแพ้ตัวยาทาดาลาฟิล หรือส่วนผสมอื่นๆในตัวยา CIALIS

วิธีใช้

• ใช้รับประทานครั้งละ 1 เม็ดก่อนทำกิจกรรมประมาณ 20-30 นาที
• ปริมาณเริ่มต้นที่แนะนำคือ 10 มก.หรือครึ่งเม็ด
• หากผลยาที่ได้รับอ่อนเกินไป อาจเพิ่มขนาดยาเป็น 20 มก. หรือ 1 เม็ด
• ไม่แนะนำให้ใช้ Cialis ติดต่อกันภายใน 24 ชม.
• ตัวยาจะเห็นผลได้ชัดเมื่อถูกกระตุ้นอารมณ์ทางเพศ

ผลข้างเคียง

ผลข้างเคียงที่พบอาการมักไม่รุนแรงและเกิดขึ้นเพียงช่วงเวลาสั้นๆเช่น

• อาหารไม่ย่อย, ปวดหลัง , อาการปวดเมื่อยกล้ามเนื้อ, ปวดหัว, คัดจมูก, อาการวิงเวียนศีรษะ, เจ็บคอและรู้สึกไม่สบายเมื่อกลืน, ตาแดง, ปวดตา, เปลือกตาบวมผิดปกติ
• การเปลี่ยนแปลงการมองเห็นสีหรือมองเห็นเป็นสีฟ้า (โอกาสเกิดขึ้นได้ยาก)

วิธีเก็บรักษา

• ไม่แกะยาออกจากบรรจุภัณฑ์จนกว่าจะถึงเวลารับประทาน
• เก็บไว้ในที่แห้ง เย็น ไม่โดนแสงแดด และมีอุณหภูมิต่ำกว่า 25องศาเซลเซียส
• เก็บให้พ้นมือเด็ก

Ingredients

Before you take CIALIS

• Do not take CIALIS if you are currently taking any nitrates or amyl nitrite. Nitrates are medicines used for the treatment of angina (“chest pain“) or other heart conditions.
• Do not take CIALIS: if you have heart or blood vessel problems that make sexual intercourse inadvisable.
• Do not take CIALIS: if you have suffered a heart attack or stroke in the last 6 months.
• Do not take CIALIS: if your blood pressure is unusually high or low or is not effectively treated.
• Do not take CIALIS: if you have an allergy to any of the ingredients listed.

Tell your doctor if you have or have had any of the following medical conditions:

• liver or kidney problems
• heart or blood vessel problems.
• sickle cell anaemia (an abnormality of red blood cells)
• Multiple myeloma (cancer of the bone marrow)
• leukaemia (cancer of the blood cells)
• any deformation of the penis (such as angulation, cavernosal fibrosis or Peyronie’s disease).

How to take CIALIS

• The recommended dose of CIALIS is half of tablet or one of tablet (20 mg ) taken about 16 to 30 minutes before sexual activity.
• If you have kidney disease, the recommended starting dose of CIALIS is 10 mg or half of tablet.
• You should not take CIALIS more than once a day.

Side effects

The following side effects are usually mild and short-lived.

• facial flushing
• indigestion
• back pain
• muscle aches
• headache
• nasal congestion
• dizziness
• infection
• sore throat and discomfort when swallowing
• red eyes, eye pain and swelling of eyelids are uncommon
• changes in colour vision are rare.

How to Storage

• Keep your tablets in the pack until it is time to take them.
• Keep your tablets in a cool dry place where the temperature stays below 25°C
• Do not store CIALIS or any other medicine in the bathroom or neat a sink. Do not leave it on a window sill or in the car.
• Keep your medicine where children cannot reach it.
