วิธีรับประทาน

ผลข้างเคียง

• หัวใจเต้นผิดจังหวะ
• อาการบวมที่มือ ข้อเท้า หรือเท้า
• อาการหายใจไม่ออก
• อาการชัก (ชักกระตุก)

• สูญเสียการได้ยินอย่างกะทันหัน

คำเตือน

1. ห้ามใช้ยานี้ร่วมกับยาไวอากร้าตัวอื่น
2. ไม่ควรทานเกินวันละ 100mg. (1 ซอง) และไม่ควรทานติดต่อกันทุกวัน
3. ห้ามใช้ยานี้หากคุณกำลังใช้ยาไนเตรตเพื่อรักษาอาการเจ็บหน้าอกหรือปัญหาเกี่ยวกับหัวใจ รวมถึงไนโตรกลีเซอรีน, ไอโซซอร์ไบด์ไดไนเตรต และยาเสพติดบางชนิด เช่น ยาป๊อปเปอร์ การใช้ยานี้ร่วมกับยาไนเตรตอาจทำให้ความดันโลหิตลดลงอย่างกะทันหันและรุนแรง
4. ห้ามใช้ยานี้หากคุณกำลังใช้ยารักษาความดันโลหิตในปอดสูง เช่น ริโอซิกัวด์(Adempus)
5. ผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจ ความดัน หลอดเลือด ควรปรึกษาแพทย์ก่อนรับประทาน
6. ควรปรึกษาแพทย์ก่อนหากคุณกำลังใช้ ยาต้านเชื้อรา (Ketoconazole หรือ itraconazole)
7. ควรปรึกษาแพทย์ก่อนหากคุณกำลังใช้ ยารักษาโรคHIV/AIDS (Ritonavir)
